Customer Service officer needed at a company in Akpakpava road, Benin city.

Administrative/ Human Resources Manager

A minimum of five (5) years of administrative and human resources management experience in an organisation(s) with medium to large staff strength.

Must be 35 - 55 years old.

Minimum of BSc or HND with at least one relevant professional qualification.

Must be highly skilled in recruitment, training, and onboarding of new intakes.

Must be highly skilled in staff documentation, profiling, and performance appraisal.

Must be proficient in preparation of duty roster, attendance log, payroll, and payslip.

Must be highly skilled in the development of training materials and policy documents. 

Must possess the ability to formulate and enforce company policies and regulations.

Must be highly experienced in employee welfare, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.

Must be a proficient user of MS Office and HR management application(s).

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Remuneration: N150,000 – N200,000 per month.

Fringe Benefits: Paid annual Leave, Pension contribution, Health insurance, and Free lunch.

Location: Bodija, Ibadan, Oyo State
